Print Your Planner at Home

By default, the PDF documents are easy to print at home on standard, letter size paper. The following tips are for more complex printing tasks: duplex printing, which prints the planner on both sides of sheets of paper, and booklet printing, which allows you to cut or fold down the middle for back-to-back reading.

Duplex printing

To print the planner on both sides of a sheet of paper. You can print multiple pages to a sheet.

How to print duplex using Adobe Acrobat:

1. Open the PDF with Adobe
2. Click on file >> print
3. Select print on both sides of paper.*

* This only works if your printer supports duplex mode.

How to print duplex using Preview (for Mac):

1. Open the PDF with Preview
2. Click on file >> print
3. Choose On or Off from the Double-sided pop-up menu.*
